Accept the transaction date or change it to move to another month. For this example, accept the date.
Select the employee for whom you will enter extra hours worked.
The Employee Timesheet displays. |

Navigate to the section of the page that shows that dates you want to update.
Select the Time Reporting Code field. |

Use the time reporting code REGHR (Regular Hours Worked) to document time worked on a scheduled day off that's not a state holiday. |

Select the E-Sign & Approve button. |

Entering Extra Hours For an Employee Scheduled to Work on a State Holiday
You can see that Employee 1 is scheduled to work on the holiday because 8.00 shows on that date.
Use Time Reporting Code REGHW (Regular Holiday Worked) to document up to eight hours of time worked.
Select the Add a New Line button. |

Enter "REGHW" into the Time Reporting Code field. |

Enter "8.00" into the field. |
|
Document hours that the employee worked on the holiday ABOVE eight hours using the REGHR time reporting code. |

Select the E-Sign & Approve button. |

When you enter time and leave on a holiday, you receive a message.
Select the OK button. |

The time you enter is processed the evening after you've made the entry.
REGHR - to document time worked on a scheduled day off
REGHR - to document time worked on a holiday for an employee who is scheduled to be off
REGHW - to document time worked on a holiday for an employee who is scheduled to work for an amount up to eight hours
REGHR - to document time worked on a holiday for an employee who is scheduled to work for any amount exceeding eight hours |
